the best starter is empoleon the best attacks r hydro pump lv57 flash cannon tm, ice beam
tm, earthquake tm, that is the best starter of sinnoh

after beating team galactic at mt cormorant go to all three lakes and use surf util you
make it to the middle make sure you have at least 40 ultra balls but when you make it to
the third and final it will teliport but you will still get its data then on your pokech
go to the marking map and it will so where it is but if you use fly it will teiport so you
have to walk to it.

now, use the thing that takes you to underground thingy.
once you've done that, come back up.

If i remember right you can find a dubious disc from 225,an up-grade from prof. Oak when

First go to sunyshore city put in leafgreen and press abyxayxbaayyxba and there you go

To catch uxie:
bring poke that knows hypnosis/sleep powder/spore..uxie has moves: confusion, yawn,
amnesia, future sight..It has very high defense and spDefense..U should have Sneasel that
knows false swipe (TM false swipe buy in department store in veilstone city for 2000
poke)..Sneasel is part dark type so confusion is not gonna work at all..
for hypnosis, U should get bronzong (can be caught in mt.coronet), leveling up at least to
lvl 45..bronzong resist psychic moves..
Other poke that U might consider is spiritomb (hard to get if U dont have friends that
want to go underground wit U)..it is dark/ghost and can learn hypnosis..psychic moves not
gonna work at all coz of its type..
or Noctowl (wit insomnia ability)..can be caught in great marsh only at night..it can
learn hypnosis too and since uxie has status sleep move (yawn), u dont have to change poke
everytime it uses yawn..
The rest of your team: get dark poke or steel poke..

To catch Azelf:
azelf has great stats as offensive poke..U should have tons of revival herb, revive, hyper
potion coz U're poke gonna one-shottable from it, if U dont prepared..it knows:nasty plot,
confusion, future sight, uproar..
It cannot be asleep when it use uproar, so get poke that has thunder wave/stun spore such
as pikachu, blissey (from TM), any electric poke such as luxray, electivire, pachirisu
(put TM thunder wave)..
The easiest is to get a pikachu in trophy garden..leveling it up until at least lvl 45...
also still have sneasel for false swipe..
The rest of team: get dark and steel poke..

To catch mesprit:
it runs everytime U want to catch it..after meeting in lake verity, it randomly in grasses
of sinnoh..
first time U meet it, use false swipe (from sneasel, sneasel at least lvl 45 to have
better speed than mesprit)..it will flee and
keep using false swipe when u meet it again until the HP is approximately 1...
when U meet it again, have Haunter/Gengar as first poke in party and U should have
Golbat/Crobat in your party..both haunter/gengar and golbat/crobat have to have mean look
so mesprit doesn't flee again..haunter/gengar should have hypnosis and if U can,
Golbat/Crobat has hypnosis too..
I don't recommend Bronzong, Noctowl, or Spiritomb coz even though they can learn hypnosis,
their speed pretty low..U cannot have poke that has speed below mesprit lvl 50 coz mean
look is only gonna work if your poke has better speed (preferably not same speed as
mesprit coz if the speed still the same, mesprit has a chance to flee)...Golbat/Crobat and
Haunter/Gengar has amazing speed..

Mesprit speed is mediocre and its speed can be as high as 124..or as low as 76..i suggest
U have your Haunter/Gengar and Golbat/Crobat have speed at least 125..I'm usin' Haunter
lvl 47 and Crobat lvl 50 to catch it..there's a risk too since Haunter and Crobat weak to
psychic but I juz keep switching around..when haunter dies, i give revival herb and crobat
is switched wit haunter..always remember to use mean look as the first move after
switching then u can use hypnosis..
Mesprit move:confusion, future sight, charm, lucky chant..

Hope this help..and never use master ball to catch either of them..if u run out of balls
or revives juz turn off the game and start again..always save before U catch them..use
dusk balls (for uxie and azelf is the best)..for mesprit: ultra balls to catch in the
daytime and dusk balls to catch at nighttime..

I reckon the best moves for empoleon are flash cannon tm, hydro pump,ice beam and surf try

to catch palkia on diamond u have to go to amity square

after that u go to the house that has an invisiabal entrance and palkia will be qaiting
there

Infernape is by far the best starter cause i tried completing the game with all three
starter pokemon and i found infernape was the best for the job

To get every pokemon in the game go to argos and buy a cheat cartridge 4 19.99 thats what
i done.

go to the speaer pillar after you beat pokemon league 3 times. he will be there.

to get pal park you have to first baet the elite four and get all or see all the pokemon
in the sinnoh region and talk to mr. birch and after you do that go down to the shoreline
and use a pokemon that knows surf and keep using it until you get to it. once you find it
you can fly there instead of surfing.

to get regigigas you need to have all of them(regi,rock,steel,ice)then go to snowpoint
tempel

go to the bottom and you should see him there and  done!p.s if you did not get them by
yourself them  

us a friends pokemon like me     and them give them back or they will be pissed.

You need the walk/run though anything cheat.First fly to Snowpoint City,go to the place
where the boat is.Go walk though the man(Just 1 step).Turn and talk to him,press yes.After
you enter the ship,move!Yeah,move.You will be invisible!Even if you are invisible,you can
still talk to people and battle!If you go to the Snowpoint Temple and enter it(Do it the
normal way,please!No cheating!)And she can see you!!!!Talk about scary!!!(Note:Once you

Well you go to any city/town, NOT THE POKEMON LEAGUE<(I chose sandgem town) then you go to

a dusk ball hold left trigger and right trigger and there you have it.
