well you first get one at the begenning of the game obviuosly but beat the whole game and
you are now allowed in pal park so if you have any pokemon games from game boy advanced
like pokemon sapphire or pokemon emerald or whatever but any way  on the previuos name on
the pokemon advanced game you should have a exp. share so if you do migrate with the
pokemon on your gba pokemon games but give one of the pokemon your migrating a exp.share
and thats two exp. shares! so keep on restarting your gba pokemon game  and keep
migrating it may take a while but man its worth it. i actuly stole my brothers lol. so i
hope it helped.

First get a Pokemon under Lvl 45 or so. Then check how many experience points you need to
level it up. Then put it in the Day Care and ride up and down the right side of the dirt
road. Make sure you switch to your Pedometer Poketch App.

Make sure you reset it before you start riding. Stop riding when you're within 100 steps
of the Pokemon's evolution lvl. Bring out the Pokemon from the Day Care and put it as the
first member of your party. Then when a battle starts, switch to another Pokemon and win
the battle. Assuming the other Pokemon was at least Lvl 10, you will have enough
experience points to lvl it up. If the lvl is past its evolution lvl, it will evolve.

First you go to canalave city then you go to route 218 use your pokeradar until you find a
ditto. you get a pokemon you want to put in the daycare with ditto. go to another city
come back talk to the man outside of the daycare he will give you an egg. ps.eevees take
a while. 

to get manaphy you need pokemon ranger and then you transfer the egg (manaphy's egg) to
the game pearl or diamond and u hatch with a pokemon that has the ablity flame body or
magma armor and run it would hatch instantly (less steps than normal)

U have to buy  99 ultraballs and toss all of them at oreburgh city.Then buy 99 more ultra
balls and toss them in the champion's room.Beat the champion but don't save.Turn your DS
off.Go to Route 229 and you should see Darkrai.

to get mesprit easy u need to go to sandgem walk up to the first route then down to
sandgem keep doing this until he is in ur area than use a quik ball when u see him.

beat the elite four the go to sandgem town and release all your pokemon except your
starter and save. then when its done saving turn the game off and on. then you will have
every pokemon in sinnoh including manaphy,arceus,shamin, and darkrai. I sware it worked
for me and now i'm living it up.if it doesn't work for you i promise to get you back
every thing you lost.

Go to GTS and put up any pokemon for trade and find the person who wants that pokemon and
they'll give you that one. Keep putting up different pokemon and you will eventually have
all the pokemon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i honestly dont think there is a way but i study hard to see if these cheats work i study
every 1 there is i kno that mesprit is catchable:

u need a pokemon with about 80 or 85 u need lots of quick balls,

i havent cught it but TIMER BALLS and ULTRA BALLS were closesd to catching it for me but
i would use QUICK BALLS , oh and be carefull once u throw somthin she fleees so be very
careful to wat u do with her.

If you go to the Palkia/Dialga statue in Eterna and look behind it on a thursday there
will be a pokeball. Open it and it will have in it: 100 masterballs, every pokemon you
don't have in your party or PC including manaphy and phione, and infinite money!!!!!!!  

Go to the wifi place at jubilife and say swap e.g. dialga lvl 50 for another dialga lvl
50+ then if someone trades you have the same pokemon but now it gains boosted exp.
points. ITS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!

write if u have uxie , azelf , mesprit this is a good way to beat  elite 4 so have these
pokemon in your party pokemon and train them to lvl 60 - up have the pokemon you started
with for instance infernape empleon or torterra and have lvl 50 pokemon lower down in
your party pokemon write go for it this is some good way to beat them not saying its the
best not a cheat realy a somewhat guide good luck :D trading 5 evves in jubaly life ;]

to get your pokemon stronger be prepared! have heaps of  revive's and fullrestores and
have a pokemon at least level 72. I sugest piplup, prinplup, empoleon,toreterra or
infernape. keep on defeating the pokemon leage. it works for me.

first U get pokemon ranger.then U beat the game.next U type in your code.after,that you
play the special mission recover the precious egg(which is the manaphy egg). then
borrow,buy,or use a second ds the insert pokemon diamond or pearl in the second ds.next
on the ds that has pokemon ranger in it you tap on check on the egg and tap send message
if your diamond or pearl game is close enough to recieve the message you will get the
manaphy egg.then all you have to do is drop manaphy and ditto off at the day-care and
they will havea phione egg

put on the walk throgh walls cheat, go to sunnyshore city and walk in the water until you
come to the mystery area. save and turn off, when you turn back on all your poke mon will
be lv 100 and have pokerus. plus in your pc you wil have the piokemon called " missingno "

When you see palkia/dalgia at the sky pillar attak palkia/dalgia until there hp are small
now use great ball with out failing

to get free master balls u have to go to mount cornet and talk to five people then go to
the entrance to mount cornet  and use the dousing machine to find a masterball.

to the lake mesprit will 

run away then mespirts locathion will show up the best pokeball to use is a quick ball
becuese it catchs

In order to battle/capture arceus, you must first defeat the elite4, catch all of the
other poemon(without using the action replay cheatcode for a full poke'dex) then, go home
to talk to your charcter's mom & heal from700 to 10000000 times (are ya followin'
me?).After that, go to spear pillar and yell into the microphone as loud as you can
":arceus, come out" after that i got arceus in my pc. i don't know if that was in that
order or not, but could you check for me, becauuse i got a very sore throat the next day
and i don't wanta do it again for my health

6 dusk balls at the pkmn league finally go to the oreburg gate and toss out 4 repeat balls
and 2 dusk balls walk around and u should find a level 88 tyranitar this works 100% of the
time u just have to do it correctly.

(note)(this dosnt require action replay)    first you need 2 games  of  ether
emrald,ruby,or saffire. one of them has to have rare candy and be in the battle tower.
you deposit as many pokemon as you can from your party than you save.than you withdraw
them and speak to the battle tower lady than when she finally says to save the file when
its saving quickly turn the game off. than its cooperating or somethin than youve copyed
pokemon. if the pokemon were holding rare cany than you copyed rare candy! now you can
migrate them with rare candy. if you dont want to wait like 24 hours to do it again than
use your other game. this is how you do that. go to youtube and type in UNLIMITED
