The following features become available options when you beat the game.

Unlock Mania Mode:

Beat the game once.

Unlock Unknown Mode:

Beat the game once. 

Unlock Grade Shop:

Beat the game once and then load the same file. 

Unlock Sound Test:

Beat the game and it will appear in the 'Main' menu.
