At the mode selection screen, select Speed (Blue), then press X(6), Left, B(3), Right,
X(4).

At the character selection screen, highlight Akari, then quickly press X(8), B(9), and
repeatedly press Kick until Akari speaks to confirm the code was entered correctly.

Successfully complete story mode on any difficulty setting and any number of continues.
A selection for the card game will appear below "Options" at the main menu.
