Finish the doubles arcade mode in Normal or higher difficulty without losing a single game
(By game I mean a 40 point game, not a full match) and after winning the last match, you
will face King and Master in a final match, good luck, they rarely make mistakes.

Sunflower costume   Successfully complete the big wall training level with at least ten
seconds left on the timer to unlock costume no. 22.     Tambourine costume   Successfully
complete the bull''s-eye training level with a score of at least 7000 to unlock costume
no. 23.     Camouflage costume   Successfully complete the cannon training level before
the timer turns red to unlock costume no. 24.

Go all through the World Circuit mode, then near the very end, you will be able to play a
match against a guy named "King", if you are able to do so, you will be able to use him in
Arcade and Exhibition modes.

Finish arcade mode right to the end in Normal or higher difficulty, without losing not one
game, (By game I mean the 40 point game, not the whole match) then after that you will go
on a match against Master, if you are able to beat him (Not an easy thing to do) you will
get to choose him in Arcade and Exhibition Modes.
