Okay, finding the legendary dogs is a problem. But even if u do find them they are just
goin to flee once youve found them. So u must use a masterball straight away.

Defeat the elite four and go to the cerulean cave, talk to the man and he will let you in,
find mew two and catch him, then use a pokemon having a sweetscent on that area.

how to catch entie end raikou. well, first pick a town stay in that town talk to people

playing but do not leave this town after uve stayed in that town for a few day go straight
4 the nearest route go straight into the grass and a legendary will attack u!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well...when i was playing crystal for the second time through...
i saw suicune in its little blue form (visible) various times through the cource of the
game, before i went to finally catch it after i got the clear bell.

after it runs from you at Cinawood, just go on your merry way beating the game...and the
first time you see it should be in that little island inbetween the sections of water
inbetween Erecuteak and Mahogany, inside the hedged off area you can get to with cut. it
runs when you do so, but untill then, it stays.
     i saw it again somewhere around the route between the pokemon park thing and
Erecuteak...and i think again in it's spot in Cinawood.

not really a cheat, but it's interesting and i haven't seen it online before.

oh ans PS- i've found this strategy for making up your team as you go and still retaining
higher-leveled pokemon the lazy way. (without cheats) (if you're aiming for catching all
of the pokemon and trying to get an early start, go for it. this'll just take alot of
trips to the pc)

simply keep the only pokemon in your party that you are at least 80%positive as your elite
4 pokemon, and train them alone. this, untill i reached about Mahogany, was under 6
pokemon. i had like 60 in the PC, but the team i did have grew alot faster than a
traditional team of 6 from the start. this eliminates leveling up pokemon you'll get rid
of in the end (for your elite 4 team anyway) and the remaining pokmon you have grow
faster. less competition, more exp. points.

simple trick i've found useful.

i saw this cheat somewhere else . yuo could always try it out .. to see how lame it is ..
get a very very low level pokmon and go find a very high level one in the grass .. then
put your mouth close to the GB and whisper i want to escape. let me escape. press run away
and you can escape!!! XD

ball(s) to catch them. then for the two legendary birds like ho-oh and lugia. make them
red or orange life then use ultra ball. try it several times until it caught. there you
must have your legendary pokemons.
