Select arcade mode. Then, hold A + B + Select while selecting either the "Manual" or
"Auto" option for your fighter. Keep the buttons held until the match begins.

In any mode or level, choose random select at the character selection screen. If you
are lucky you will get Akuma, M. Bison, or Dan.
