Raise a charmander wihtout evolving it. When it gets to level 50 stop leveling it up. Go

use cut with a friend kepp going until you get surf and strengh then go to the s.s.anne
then surf to the right of it there will be a truck use strengh to move it move it and mew

either go to safari zone in fushia city or go to game corner an get 5,500 coins to buy
level 25 scyther

Ok to do this you must have level: 65 or above pokemon (any types just dont use ghost or
fighting type) firs thing you need to do lower mewtwo's health to red. Then dont worry
about recover you can just lower it over and over until it's health is red and recover has
0/20 PP after that throw an ultra ball when your ultra ball is about to be thrown press
L,R as many times but when the ball opens hold SELECT+B when i started out with a
charmander at about 8:00 AM i captured mewtwo with only 1 ultra And when i started out as
