you can use any pokemon for this hint.example.u use a fire type move on a rock type
pokemon  now the move becomes stronger than usual so if u use this hint on a pokemon at
level 100 and ur pokemon is at level 70 u can kill that pokemon very easily. trust me
this hint realy works.

just use surf u'll own..on the 3rd use surf again u should kill em all..and on lance use
blizzard on his three dragons and surf on aredactyl and strength or surf on garydos(surf
works better)..

now on ure rival use hydro pump on pideot ..blizzard on venasaur.. surf on
arcanine..again surf or strength on garydos..i dont remember the rest but you should be
able to figure it out and bring acouple revives and full restores and ethers just in
case....

at the sffary zone when u run into chansy i recomend you use a bait or a rock to keep them
in battle.after that if its still there throw a ball on the first roll keep pressing a and
b,on the second keep pressing l and r,on the last roll keep pressing select and start.and

to get a gold ryhorn you need to goto the safarai zone with a pokemon that knows
sweetscent the go to the west side of the park and keep using sweet scent until you find
a gold ryhorn and if you want a shiny golbat the do the same thing in the ice fall cave
on island 4 (if you have rainbow pass)then to get legandary dogs goto the patch of grass
in ceruleon next the little bridge and use max repel then run around until it apears

that are level 45-49 so once you have done all that go to the grass above the power plant

Alright, this is how you get the legendary birds, and mewtwo, in Shiny form. First of all,
for those that don't know, a Shiny pokemon is one that is a different color, and you have
a 1 in about 8000 chance of finding one. 
   First, when you're going to fight a legendary pokemon (you can see them before you run
into them), save the game.
   Next, go to fight the Pokemon. If it is a different color (but sometimes you can't
tell, but stars will come off of it in an obvious manner when you first run into it in
the battle screen), catch it, but if it isn't, turn the game on and off again, and keep
doing this until the pokemon finally is Shiny. It may take a long time.

When I was fighting Articuno, I had knocked it out a lot, so when I turned the game back
on, all of a sudden it was shiny. Unfortunately, i couldn't catch it because I knocked it
out again (i had a charizard at the time, lol), but it should work. 
I've also heard this works when you're in the game at first, and then you go get your
starter. the same on/off concept is supposed to apply. 
I don't know if it works with hatching eggs, though.

okay, here's what I did to get a Caterpie that had Shield Dust as its effect rather than
Shed Skin. 
   go to 4 island, put a male scyther and female butterfree in the daycare.
   they will have an egg. i don't know how long it takes to hatch--not too long, and it
will be a caterpie, and it might have Shield dust.

I've only tried this once, so it might not work every time. but I was a little surprised
when I saw that a scyther and a butterfree could produce an egg. 

First you need to beat the third gym badge(you can`t already have the forth gym badge to
get Groudon). Then you need to go back to pallet town and talk to a guy in the lab(not
professer oak). Good luck with the cheat.
