To get Celibi you have to beat the Elite Four 12 times. Then go talk to Pofesser Oak and
he will give you some kind of pass. Travel to Vermilion City and the s.s. Anne will be
there ride on it and then after some time you should be to an island. Look around the
island until you find Celibi. Although I forget what level hes at and were he is.

This is how you can get tyranitar. first go threw

the grass on five,six,and seven island. you should find a larvitar.give it exp share and
go battle the elite four. he will gain exp points.

keep battling the elite four until your larvitar 

evolves in to pupitar then the same to evolve in

to tyranitar. once you get a tyranitar teach it crunch,earthquake,hyper bam and
thunderbolt(which

First fly to island six. Then surf up to the house on it. There will be to rich girls
there. Put amulet coin on your first pokemon then battle them then run around the island

go to pallet town and use surf on that water. u can also catch a tangela on that patch of
grass. keep surfing and avoid the stupid trainers. it will say cinnibar islad on the top
of the screen. then u can get to cinnibar without getting through seafoam islands.
