go to one island head to ember spa but dont go inside,use VS seeker on the trainers near
the ember spa their pokemon will all be figthing typpe pokemon.Use the move THIEF on thier
pokemon and you'll get a blackbelt,but make sure your pokemon that used THIEF has no held
item.
it is also a good training place for your flying and psychic type pokemon......
