go to sootopolis and find a caves,save your file first(when you fail to catch kyogre you
can load it and catch it again) then go to the  the caves(you must have a nestball to
catch it)fight with kyogre  (use strong pokemon like 40lvls and up)untill orange then
switch your pokemon into weak pokemon and atack untill red then use the nestball and you
will get a kyogre,it really work to me too!!!!

OK FIRST YOU NEED TO PASS THE WHOLE GAME.HAVE A BLAZIKEN AND A  RAYQUYZA. GO TO YOUR PC
AND PUT THOSE POKEMON IN BOX 9 (NEEDS TO BE EMPTY).LOG OFF THE PC THEN SAVE THE GAME.GO
BACK ON THEN RELEASE THE TWO POKEMON THAT YOU PUT IN.TURN OFF THE GAME THEN TURN IT ON.GO
ON YOUR BOX AGAIN THEN YOULL SEE YOUR 2 POKEMON THEN A MEW NEXT TO THEM.AFTER YOU HAVE
DONE THAT THAT,TALK TO PROFESSOR BIRCH AND HE WILL ASK IF YOU HAVE A MEW.SHOW IT TO HIM
AND HE WILL GIVE YOU A MEWTWO!
