first you have to get a wailmer  you can find them in mossdeep using your super   rod  
then evolve your wailmer at lv40 then go  to

sootopoolis use dive then look in that  grass   underwater soon you will find a relacanth 
 then  fly to paclcilafidog town go though the  fast runing  curent until you reach this
small diving plase use dive go down underwater you will be in a cavern  then go down the
cavern you will see braille   on that wall come back up  facing the braille you will be in
a chamber with lots of braille go to the braille at the front  of  the room then use dig a
door will open in front  of  you go in put relicanth first in your party and wailord last
in the 2 room go to the front of the room again then then face the braille       at the
front of the room press a then press a again then a huge earthqake will happen it will say

the real way to get them is to first beat the elite four then go to mossdeep space station
and save in front of the scientist beside the old man and every 2 days it show say 1
number higher then the one before and when it reaches 100 then he should ask u if u would
like to go to space say yes and be prepared or else ull never be able to do it again
unless u restart the game and when u get there u will walk around until u finally see
deoxys ps. only get deoxys in emerald. and he will be lv.70 i think i forget but when u
catch him it will be the speed deoxys and in ruby and saphire u get jirachi.

get a crazy weird legendary pokemon its a mix of rayquaza deoxys and jirachi , what you do
is go to the satyre region i dont no what i did but when u get thier u will no catch every
pokemon but dont save then urn ur gba off switch it on go to the honne region (there are 2
ways to do this one you can got to the pokemon centre in new maville make sure all pokemon
in ur party are level 100 and their is dexyos and groudon then talk to everyone in the
centre and go on ur computer and all ur pokemon wil be gone but ur dex will be full and u
will have a pokemon called raydeojirachi seioursly!! or u can go to the day care centre
and they will giv u a pass to go into kanto ps all ur pokemon will be gone execpt the ones

The best secret base is on route 119.Surf on the water near the weather insitute and go as
far down as you can at the end there are two rocks.Next to them is a tree make your base
inthet tree.Its really far in so it feels cosy

In ruby, go to Meteor Falls. Go up the watterfal. battle the couple. battle the dragon
tamer. He sucks. Fall down the slopes. Go the right way. The wrong way has many space. The
right way has only like about 7 tiles. Go down the ladder and surf. When you reach the
end, go to the room that has the tm Dragon Claw (Groudon Can Learn it).Walk around and
Voila! Bagon appears!



Bagon evolves lv 30 to Shelgon.

Shelgon evolves Lv 45 to Salamence.
