When getting raquaza or somthing else just use ultra/timer balls to get them. I did this
on raquaza and it worked on the first shot! I did it for a friend but it took longer but
it works. (i used no "pokeball to master ball tactic)

for this chaet to work u must have mach bike go to any mud slide and use MACH BIKE go to
the slide stop infrunt of it try to go up it then go bach get somespeed and go up u will

defeat elete four.then save.turn off game go to new game then from there save.then look in
your bag and you will have 10 master balls

rite the way i did it was take helth of it wate for it to use rest and attak it then it
will still be asleep carry on throwing ultra balls at

k first u need a Pokemon to clone up to 5 of them then go to battle tower  [if u want to
clone a item put item on a  Pokemon u want to clone]then go to pc and deposit all of them
save game [do not turn off power]then withdraw all the pokemon u want to clone [have to be
same ones u deposited] then go to first lady to left talk to her she will say multi link
and a bunch of shit then u have to save your game when it says saving do not turn power
off turn of start back up go to pc u will c the pokemon u cloned then look in party ya u
have a double the end.
ps]your game might corrupt if u clone to many legends so don't be greedy.

I found 2 rayquaza's on the sky pillar!
I will show you how.

1. First you go on the back on rayquaza
DON't Battle rayquaza yet. Get your bike that jumps and jump on the back of rayquaza.
Then battle it. Run away with a smoke ball on a pokemon. rayquaza will start running like
latios/latias then exit the sky pillar, go back in, then you will encounter another
rayquaza. also like catching latias.latios rayquaza can be encountred anywhere!
a egg will be on the sky pillar as well. Now you have 3 rayquaza's

Make sure u have 2 empty spaces in your pokemon party and then go and catch a nicada so u
will still have space for 1 more pokemon. Evolve nicada to nikjask at lv 20 then from
out
of nowhere u will have a shedinja in the last space in your party!

step 1  if  your trying  to capture   a  Legendary Pokemon  and it faints   Step 2  turn 
off  the  game  without saving!  and turn  it back on Step3  and  the   Legendary  Pokemon
 is  still  there.

pokemon flying around. follow it and find latias in ruby and latios in sapphire.  this is
true

After you beat the elite four go to meteor falls and go in the water and then go around
quie a lot and bingo!
