to do this you will need a pokemon with sweet scent...go to mt.pyre, go to the top floor
of the building/grave yard....go to the hole...you must fall to the other side of the
floor where you fell...next... go to anothe hole...look for a grave stone near a
hole...you have two choices...go to the right side of the hole or go tothe upper side of
the hole,,,then use sweet scent....i guarantee you..you'll get a shuppet
there....PROMISE!!!!!

first, get acro bike.
second, go to slateport.
third, get repels.
fourth, get level 39 or below pokemon from PC.
fifth, run up out of slateport to grass near cycling road entry.
sixth, use repel with lvl39- at front of party.
do wheelie hops.
go into cycling road building.
go back to grass patch and repeat till you find latias/latios.

Important:
doing wheelie-hops does not use up repel.

if your head of party is lvl39-, the repel will only repel wild      pokemon up to that
level.

latios is lvl 40.

dont waste your time doing more than twenty hops before going back into the building then
come out again.

use master ball if possible.

first you need to get rayqaza from sky piller than you need to defeat the pokemon league
than you go to the weather intartusion and go to the top room then  go to the sientest
infront of the computer talk to him and he will say the weather is suny in a route  go to
that route and find the cave gorudon will be inside battle him go back to the sientest he
will say it is raning go to the route find the cave go inside kyogre is ther p.s ther all
on lv 70.

i use it all the time

i caught a 70 rayquaza full hp like that TRUE

First go to the top of sky pillar and run around rayquaza 20 times. then use dig. Note:
you couldn't have caught rayquaza yet. You will also need a lvl 15 abra.



Repeat that 25 times.



Then go to your house and talk to your mom. She will sense a disturbance in your room. Go
to your room. The TV will be flashing. hit A next to it. Then you will need to use
teleport. You will teleport to Deoxys island. There should be 20 deoxys's there. There is
only one right deoxys. When you pick the right one, use a pokeball right away. This should
work. I've tried it on 10 different games and they all work. THE END. The right one knows:
1. Fissure  2. Sheer Cold  3. Horn Drill  4. Explosion!!

After you beat the Elite Four, Fly to Mossdeep City, and go to Steven's house. (to get to
Steven's house just go straight up and there should be a sign that says "Steven's House")
At Steven's house you will find a letter and a pokeball on the table. Inside the pokeball
is the pokemon Beldum. You evolve Beldum at lv.20 to get a Metang. Then, you evolve Metang
at lv.45 to get a Metagross.

This isnt a cheat but just a hint for beginners.

If you dont have an everstone(you get one in granite cave from a purple rock) or already
gave to your other pokemon,but dont want a pokemon to evolve,then do this.While a pokemon
is evolveing keep pressing b to stop it.

ok first of all you will need a goldbat at a lv.50 or higher then it needs to learn
meanlook because it keeps latios or latias from running away...to find goldbat go to the
sky Pillar. After you find goldbat what i did is surf near the southern island (not
available with out Eon ticket) even tho i couldnt go there i stilled surfed around for a
couple of minutes then he comes out!!!! to catch latios or latias the best way is to use a
masterball or a ultaball.......the pattern when your character throws the ball should be
(arrow pads) Left, up, down, right, A,B, then you should able to catch them!!!! 

p.s. make sure you finish the elite four first!!!

to get the shell bell form the guy in the cave you need 4 shells and 4 salts you need to
go there every 6 hours, when the tides change. eg 6 hoursh  = high tide 4 shells 12 hours
low tide shell salts ect

when u throw a poke hold down a+b+l+r in that order and u shud catch the pokemon
