Sonic Adventure 2: Battle Cheats (GameCube)

In order to get a ghost chao the easy way, all you have to have at hand is any type of
shiny chao(shiny green, shinywhite, shinypink..ect) and a gold or silver chao. Put both
chao in the same garden and breed them. In order to do that you might want to buy some
heart fruit. After they have an egg you can hatch it and you will literally get an
invisible chao, although its eyes are still prominent. Good LUck!

go to the dark chao garden dig with knucles or rouge and find 2 skulls there is a tomb
stone im between the water and the big brown tree ( the biggest tree ) take the skulls
over there and sit them on top of the tomb stone on each side and they will float!!!!!!!!

get a black egg from the black market and train it to be evil. you must feed it only dark
fruit and make it a chaos devil chao. name it grim enter it in the crab pool race and win
it a shovel. when a chao is about to die (it gets in a grey cacoon) the grim reaper chao
will follow it around until it dies

go in chao garden and go to the corner of the rocks on the right side but u have 2 b sonic
and jump awhile using homing attack and you go really far out and go back your chaos might
be underground=)

Its really hard to find the 3rd chao box in some levels. What i figured out is to find and
memorize the places of 2 chao boxes. Break both of them. When you get the animals out of
the second one, restart the level. Go break the boxes again. Youll get the chao key from
the first again but the second will give you the special animal from that stage.

Example- Pumpkin Hill

 Go to the rocket to your left when you first enter. Take it and turn around and fly away
from the church. Drop a little bit(not to your death) and youll see a chao box. Get the
key from it and fly to pumkin moutain.(which is in front of you if your back is to a
grave with a ghost circling it) Fly to it and youll see the second chao box there as long
as you dont fly around the mountain. (dont take the rocket to pumpkin moutain if you want
this to be quick) Ifyou flied straight to the mountain youll cling to the wall. climb up
and the chao box will be there. (i usually get cheetas, skelton dogs, bats, and boars
from it so its no big deal). restart the level and repeat to get a sea monstaer thingy.
it will raise your chaos swimming and give it a little flame above its head as long as it
has no special characteristic (flying chao swimming chao etc.) The flame will go out and
your chao will go back to its normal life if you leave the chao garden.

first get a item from any chao garden then take it to the black market, then go onto sell
and when you sell it, it will make a noise press reset before the kerching and you will
have the money and the item in the chao garden you got it out of.

Get a normal colored chao, raise his/her running to level 8, make it normal or dark.(don't
make to a hero to try to prove me rong!!)



Normal=sonic

Dark=shadow



at first the chao won't look like one, but later the sonic chao will turn from green to
blue and the shadow chao's hilights will turn from green to red.

To get a volcanic chao first hatch an egg with a hero character. Then rase it with a dark
character to keep it neutral. feed it red drives till you get to level 8 or higher do the
same thing with stamina[feed it hero fruit so it dosen't turn dark. Sooner or later it
will evolve into a Volcanic Chao.

ok, so here is the REAL way to get a sonic chao and a nights chao 



Sonic: In order to get the Sonic chao, hatch an egg with any of the hero chao (I chose
Sonic for mine) and feed it nothing but green chaos drives. And raise it with a dark
character also to keep it neutral. Then after it is a level 8 or higher in run and a
level 9 or above in stamina (mine was a level 9 in stamina when it evolved) it will go in
a chao head shaped cacoon and it won't make any noise when it evolves, when it hatches, it
will be green will little blue stripes on it's head but after a while, if you keep giving
it green chaos drives, it will turn blue.



Nights: To get a nights chao, hatch it from an egg and give it nothing but purple chaos
drives and also raise it with a dark character to keep it neuteral, then at a level 8 or
higher in fly and a level 9 or higher in stamina (mine was level 9 in stamina like my
sonic chao) it will go in a chao head shaped cacoon and it won't make any nose when it
evolves. when it comes out, it will have an orange emotion ball, purple striped horns and
big aquamarine wings.

(my sonic chao is 2 years old and his name is SonicJR and my Nights chao is the same age
and his name is Spyro)

Pick up an animal or chao drive.Drop it right next to the chao(Make sure it dosent take it
from you).WARNING DONT PET THE CHAO WERE ITS STILL LEARNING OR IT WILL CANCEL THE
LEARNING!!!!!!!!!!!

FIRST GO NERE THE BIG ROCK IN THE NORMAL GARDEN WIS SONIC/SHADOW DO THE HOMEATTAK AND U
WILL FALL note : u can move and your chao will be in the ground.

to make ur chao breathe fire go to  where u found the air necklace  in aquatic mine and
climb on the wall to get a dragon. give ur chao at least 4 dragons and he will be able to
breathe fire. to get to the dragon the water level must be all the way down and you then
drop through the lowest thing that says caution and miss the spring. then just go through
the cave and the underwater part.

To get a sonic chao hatch a normal egg and give the chao lots of green chaos drives with
sonic and shadow until it evolves and then give it more green chaos drives with sonic and
make sure its blue by the time its run is on level 50 or lower and then give it more green
chaos drives until its ears looks like sonic's ears then its a Sonic chao.

#1 in CITY ESCAPE mission 1, go to the mystic melody. you know where it is. if not, run to
the loop then turn left. when you do that, play the mystic melody to make a spring appear,
(do not do this on mission 5, there will be no spring. just 20 rings.) then work your way
up till' you reach a 1-up, get it! then jump into the gray section of the wall. YOUR
FALLING INTO A FOREST DOWN BELOW!

#2 u need to be sonic or shadow. in the normal chao garden, go straight to the corner by
the rocks. home attack it constantly until u fly out of bounds. (all your chao will
either be in the water or 
swimming in the ground. NOW HAVE SOME FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Get a animal/chaodrve and stop right infront of the chao and drop the animal/chaodrive,
you should be able to pick it up again.
(Repeat this again and again untill you have enough.)

unlimited money:
buy the most expensive item in the black market and save and quit the chao garden go back
sell the item and hold start+B+X at the same time you will go to the main menu and you
will have the item+the money

reuse animals:
put the animal infront of the chao before the chao takes it and the chao will take the
stat points but you will still have the animal
(the animals i reccomend are skele-dog for run, bat for fly, nematoad "found in the third
chao box in pumpkin hill" for swim, and dragon for power

If you leave your game on for 4 days  in 1 garden your chao should reincarnate  belive it
or not my chao Recarinated 9 times he is on S-Rank GO AHEAD TEST ME

Some criedit goes to Chao Island for the freaking out part. 

Step1: get a ghost chao (see instructions 1a-1b)
1a: mate a silver chao/gold chao with a shiny chao (50% chance of being clear)
1b:give clear chao running till it can walk suggested 100+,swimming till it can swim, and
flying till it can fly (not nessesary)
1c:give it a sea monster so only flame appers no other animals! then a bat to disapeer
legs. Try revesing order if u cant get both it may be hard. (skull optional)

Step2:make it dark then ether make it be liked by dark checters or hate all dont no
which.

Step3: Feed it dark trait fruit and make your charecter wilstle.

If it works: u should have a crazy running ghost chao nocking down other chao almost
invisble. Get a whole bunch of them like this! Dark garden!

on the right of the tree with the cage on it in the dark garden there
will be a fence drop a chao in the middle of it and it wil fall in and look like it's
head was cut off!!!

in the chao lobby if you have the hero garden go in and come out and dont go down the
stairs turn towards the exit in the centre and jump off if the cam zooms out you have a
full view of the lobby p.s. in the chao garden you can be sonic and shadow for the glicth

when you are going to green hill zone there will be a cat up a tree in jump on the branch
in the cat will unlock 6 mini games on the menu screen.

do you know how to get the upper shuttle rail in metal harbor? if you dont, then this is
your lucky day! to do it, at the begining insed of going stright gump to you righ where
the fish is but dont get it! hi the spring and move youself slightley towards the speed
boster. land on it. thsi saved you about 2-3 seconds. then run up to the lower spring but
keep going stright. jump and home attack the enemys and land on the booster. when you get
to the trail of rings, ring dash it. land on the spring and dont land on the platform,
jus hit the other spring. (all that happens is you get 1500 points)

the way to get shadow's flame ring without the light dash is to go to the spinning thing
you summersault under and do your spin dash.When you get right at the edge jump and
you'll make it to the other side and you will have the flame ring very early in the game!

You do not have to beat the game with all a ranks to get amy metal sonic chaos or tikal in
the racing treasure hunting or fighting mode. Just beat the characters as listed in other
cheats posted here to get them in the kart race. I was confused about those first until i
saw the kart race unlock, in which i unlocked easily. All you have to do is beat the route
races (1st mission only needed) with rouge and tails to unlock these.

you can have any colered chao when newborn give it only hero fruit and dark fruit about
the same about ten then give chao fruit and teach it how to swim he and when the broom
from a jwell race it will start pooping and getting its broom and cleaning it up

Go to City Escape and do find the lost chao get as much money as you can and go passed the
chao over and over again untill you have enough money. Then find the chao.Thats the money
cheat.

                          the biolizard
           DON"T GET EVREY RING, LEAVE SOME FOR LATER!!
for the first hit, you run from his killer mouth. NOT TOO FAR or he will hit you with his
tail. when he gets tired, grind up the pipe by his mouth and home attack his life support
system. 2nd and 3rd hit he will start shooting energy balls. to avoid them sommersolt the
high ones, and jump the low ones. then grind up the pipe as usual. (at the 3rd hit they
will get faster. 4th and 5th hit he will make ping ball things appear NOT the pipe! home
attack them up to the top and hit the life support system. 6th (last) hit right after you
do the 5th hit, he will make you and the balls have no graity. stay on the outside of the
balls, let about 1/2 of them launch and miss you, the when the time is right, go in and
hit him. ps. the rings will NOT float too.

                          the finalhazard
         (YOU ONLY HAVE 5 MINUTES BEFORE THE COLONY IMPACT)
           A=up and forwerd           B=down and forwerd
at the first hit, there will be 7 pink balls. (annoying arent they) so work your way to
the swolen spot and hit it with a if you are below it and b if you are above it. (DON"T
GO TOO LOW OR IT WILL BE SHADOWS/SONICS TURN AND THEY WILL HAVE AROUND 10 RINGS.
SOMETIMES 5)
at the 2nd hit he will have 1 laser. but it goes on and off. make your way through and
hit the spot. at the 3rd hit his laser stays on, so be warned. at the 4th hit, there are
2 lasers that stay on. so be careful. at the 5th hit, there will be thost 2 lasers and
around 7 balls. at the 6th (final!!!) hit, there will be those 2 lasers with near 45
balls and you only have 40 rings. hit him and TADA!!!!!!!!!
you just beat sonic adventur 2: battle!!!!! HORAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you want your Chao to reincarnate then you have to be real nice to it!! If your not
that nice to your Chao it will die you will know when it dies because of a grey tear
shaped "cucoon" (I have a Chao i wasnt nice to then it became a Dark Chao but i used my
hero character but since i wasnt nice to it, it might die.) =( Now im gona be super nice
to that Chao so it can reincarnate!!! But yes when your chao reincarnates ALL of its
levels go back to zer0, and if you had any animals on it before they will dissapear.
