OK...........In order to  unlock snoop in the game 
you first have to find 

the very first doggie bone in the game......then the rest of the bones 
will 

appear on the map. Since the map in  this game is not nearly as detailed 
as 

it was in “VICE CITY” finding the rest of the bones can really SUCK!!!!

budlong ave....and ....raymond ave. infront of “girls xxx” store.

#5.....in KOREA TOWN on hoover .......and.......8th st. on corner of the

station that has tree and bushes on it.(there are 2 gas stations in the

area)
