To unlock all of the vehicles, go to the player select screen and press Y, Z, X, L.

To unlock new characters, beat season mode with the character that follows him below

  Bradshaw: Use Brock Lesnar. 
  Christian: Use Chris Jericho. 
  D-Von Dudley: Use Bubba Ray Dudley. 
  Hulk Hogan: Use The Rock. 
  Lita: Use Matt Hardy. 
  Ric Flair: Use The Big Show, Rob Van Dam and Triple H. 
  Stephanie McMahon: Use Kurt Angle. 
  Vince McMahon: Beat Season Mode and face Vince in the final battle.

  
  Kevin Nash can be unlocked by going to the character select screen and pressing  L, X,
Z, Y.

To unlock, win a match without firing weapons.
