do the super knuckles code then choose a high level 'cause this may not work in level 1.
so once you'r in a level collect more then 50 rings then double jump.

to be ds (Death Sonic) get a ring on emerald hill (just one) then go through the game
getting no other rings. when you get to the death egg metal sonic will refuse to fight you
and say "he is too strong" robotnik will tehn fight you, defeat him and start the game
again, you will now play as metal sonic.

Do the level select and debug code, then place abunch of brake tourgh things at the
begining.

Speedball thorugh them and you will be spining thorugh the level, until you go in two
green and black checkerd cannons and get spit out on land.

This cheat is just a mistake made by the creators of Sonic 2. All you have to do is go to
the sound test. Press right on the D-pad till you get to #10 on the sound test. Then press
B. This song is a song used on a lvl that was deleted after the beta version. The song
isn't used in the copyrighted version of Sonic 2. If you want to see this lvl go to
youtube and type Sonic 2 Hacks. One of the lvls has it( I forget XD) and if you wanna play
it just look up some roms and e-mail me when you find a good one (I want one :D)

To do this trick, do the above (Debug Mode) Cheat, press 'b' on a level to turn into a
ring, keep pressing 'c' until you have 50 rings. jump, and you will turn into Super Sonic.
Now, press 'b' and keep pressing 'c' until you have 999 rings. Now you will be Super Sonic
forever! (AT LEAST UNTIL YOU RUN OUT OF RINGS!) :)

enter the gamegenie code alca~atd4 then enter leavel select in game.then  pick death egg.
note:this level has no background

To do this cheat you have to do the level select, super sonic code and debug code. Select
death egg zone. Place rings everywhere until you got 50 or more. Jump to transform into
Super Sonic. Now you can beat death egg zone easily!

the spin dash and then place a lot of baddies on Tails. Your lives will increase very
quickly and if you carry on your amount could be over 200!

them and jump to be Super Sonic. Now place a tv and hit it. Tails will be super and you'll
be like the normal sonic but still gold. Get hurt and you'll be blue again. Now place 50
rings and get all of them to be Super Sonic and Tails will be super still

To Do That Use Your Gamegenie And Enter:FFF65F:0004.And You Will Be Hyper Sonic Yourself
(As Sonic) And Turn Into Super Sonic And You'l Realy Be Hyper Sonic.Instead The Colors
Are:Yellow'Blue And Pink.

first use the debug cheat then put the super sonic code go to any level then turn super
sonic use the teleporting computer use only 1 then you will be yellow and faster

At the true final boss(not mecha sonic)when you defeat the it,go down the tunnel when it
starts exploding but dont go all the way.Turn back before the end.Then when you get back
to the boss room you see robotnik jumping into the robot suit again.If you want to see
more of them keep doing that, but the more you do it, the more laggy it gets.

after  wing fortress u got to deth star when u fite metel sonic u hit im at an angle to
get him destroyd

use the game genie the code is APCA-AAEL ggo to the death egg, and tails appaears in the
death egg

when ur doing debug mode do 2 teleport boxes away from each other and hit one and tails
will be sliding
