Go to the Cheat/Special menu and put in the

  Easy way to beat Rhino

  When you start to fight Rhino,don't fight him by punching and kicking
  him because you will lose. There will be 4 little electric posts and a
  lot of barrels, stand by one of the electric posts and face Rhino, and
  when he starts to charge, wait until the last minute and jump forward.
  If you do this right, he will run into the post, and he will get a
  real SHOCKER. Do this for each post and you won't have to lay a finger
  on him. Keep on doing this until his strength runs out. The barrels
  work also but it doesn't take a lot of health out of Rhino.

Select "Specials" at the main menu, then select "Cheats". Enter WHOSINTGM as a code.

Select "Specials" at the main menu, then select "Cheats". Enter LVLSKIPPER as a code to
unlock the level select option on the specials menu.

On the third leg of the police chase level, if you web-sling over to
  the first sky crane you come to, then you'll notice an opening on top.
  Go in and there you'll find Jack O' Lantern's hideout, as well as,
  spidey armor and a comic cover.

  

Well, since we all know Spiderman is THE MAN, we should also all know
that he has had several costumes in the past. And, I haven't gotten them
all, all but three actually....but that's alright. Anyway, the costumes
i have are:

Ben Reily: beat I think Mysterio on easy....I think it's mysterio. Oyu
could just beat the game on easy and get the first three i mentioned.
This guy's got no special powers, which sucks, but hey.

Scarlet Spider: Beat Rhino on easy mode. Also no special powers,
although they could've given him his cool sedatives stingers.

Black costume spider: Yeah, venom's costume was spidey's first, and you
get this one by beating the game on easy, or just beat Monster-Ock....same.
And because it's a symbiote and all, it's got unlimited webbing.

Spiderman Unlimited: From that TV show that never really went anywhere,
oh well. Beat the game on medium man, that's all. He can cloak, pretty
sick stuff.

Captain Universe/Cosmic Spidey: Beat the game on hard. Hey, it's not
that hard. This guy is so far my favorite, sporting his invunerability,
and unlimited webbing.

The other three, as far as i know are :

Peter Parker:find some sort of room in the coin collecting training
thing, there'll be parker and talk to him.....just a rumor though, but i
do believe there is a parker costume.

Spiderman 2099: Collect all the comics to get him. Now i'm pretty sure
about this one. What else are the comics for?

"Quick-Change spidey": Get 10,000 points in zip-line traning.


  

When you start this level you will see a short building in front of
  you and a taller building to the right of that shorter building.Look
  at the taller building.Torwds the bottom of the building there is a
  opening.Swing to that building and go into the opening.When you get
  into the opening there is a extra web thing that you can get.

  

Select "Specials" at the main menu, then select "Cheats". Enter COV VIEW as a code.

Select "Specials" at the main menu, then select "Cheats". Enter TRUBLEVR as a code to
unlock all cheats.

Enter   WHOSINTGM   as ur code in the Cheat Code menu to unlock all the characterz in the
Character Viewer

To kill Scorpion without touching him, pick up the furniture (flower
  pots, table, chairs etc) and throw them at him, the bigger the item
  the more damage it does.

  

Select "Specials" at the main menu, then select "Cheats". Enter CLTTHMALL as a code.

Play on 'what if' and when you first see the cat captured near the end
  of the game in dr. octuposis place, she will be dancing and there will
  be music.

Select "Specials" at the main menu, then select "Cheats". Enter MESTORY as a code.

First either use the captain universe suit or put in invincibility and
  find spidey armor.

  

The easiest way to kill rhino is not to try and jump over him but too
  do this at the start when rhino gets stuck in the wall simply move
  behind and slightly to the side of one of the far most generators when
  he see's you he will begin to stamp his feet as he does this he is
  committed to charging and you simply step behind the generator and he
  will crash in to it then move too the next generator and repeat he
  will hit all 4 generators twice then die. If this does something in
  the game for destroying all the generators I don't know if anyone
  finds out please let me know.

  

In the second stretch of the bank robbery, you swing around a little
  everywhere and at one point, you will see the Fantastic Four building! 
  There on top you will find a comic cover!

  You can also find comic covers by throwing things around.  For
  example, in the second little partition office you encounter in the
  third level of the bank robbery, if you pick up the desk chair, one
  comic cover will appear before you.

  

  
  
  Kill Carnage Easily  

  When you fight Carnage in the dome-shaped room, watch his movements.
  You will notice that he always goes around the sonic-bubble. In the
  beginning of the level, Spidey says that the Symbiotes are weakened
  mostly by fire  and sonic-bubbles. He also mentions that Doc Ock
  must have put it there in case Carnage ever betrayed him. So what you
  should do (not that you have to) is grab Carnage by pressing circle
  and triangle, and then when you have a good hold on him press circle.
  Spidey kicks Carnage, sending him flying into the bubble. Carnage
  screams, and his health decreases alot. Do this for three or four
  times and Carnage will die. The only advice I can give you for
  fighting Monster-Ock is stay ahead of him, and try to maintain a good
  speed. It is well worth the ending FMV.
