Beat the Single Player Game with every character on any difficulty to
unlock the Cheat Menu.(to get all of the characters just beat the game
to unlock a new character, then use that new character to unlock another
one and so on).  Characters obtainable include Duckling, Butch,
Spike Jr, Tuffy, Spike.
