for the cheat.

  [C] - Get all colonies and inventions. Hitting [C] a second time gives you cheats on the
planets.
  [V] - 100,000 Credits
  [5] - Promote yourself to Rank1
  [6] - Promote yourself to Rank 2
  [7] - Promote yourself to Rank 3
  [8] - Promote yourself to Rank 4
  [9] - Promote yourself to Rank 5
