Kiss: Psycho Circus - The Nightmare Child Cheats (PC)

This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before
proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the "*.cfg" file in the "profiles" sub-directory in
the game directory. Change the "Developer" "0" entry to "Developer" "1". Note: This must
be done prior to each time the game is started. Additionally, locate the "enabledevice
"##mouse" line in the file. Any of the previously listed codes can be inserted directly
below that line as follows:
  rangebind "##keyboard" "Q" 0.000000 0.000000 "GimmieGimmieGimmie"
  rangebind "##keyboard" "F11" 0.000000 0.000000 "Invuln"

  Save the file and begin a game. Press [F11] for invincibility or Q for all weapons.
Enter the "Setup" screen and select "Keyboard". New options for "Cheats" and "HUD Toggles"
will appear.

will appear.

You can cheat while playing the game by hitting the ~ (Tilde) button.

Type: GIVE and hit enter.

A list of items will appear. Just above the list of items the game just gave you is a
sample of how you are supposed to enter the codes. Example: "give health 100"  No
Parenthesis. This will restore your health to 100.

While playing, press ` (tilde key) to enter the console, then type:
  Invuln - God Mode
  GimmieGimmieGimmie - All Weapons
  NoClip - No Clipping Mode
  NoTarget - Monster Targeting On/Off
  Spectator - Fly Mode
  ChaseCam - Chase Camera (5 Different Angles)
  CyclePlayerClass - Cycle Through 4 Player Classes
  NextArmor - Increase Armor and Health
  PrevArmor - Decrease Armor
  NextMonster - Go to Next Monster
  PrevMonster - Go to Previous Monster
  RestartLevel - Restart Current Level

  Note: Some of these may not work when typed in the console. There is another more
reliable way to enable them. In the PROFILES folder under the game''s install folder are
the player configuration files. In whatever profile cheats are to be enabled, open the
.cfg file for editing (example C:KISSPROFILESPLAYER.CFG). Find the line: "Developer" "0"
and change it to:
  "Developer" "1" Also, remember that the game will reset this to "0" when exiting, so it
will have to be changed often. Now, in the game, go into SETUP/KEYBOARD and scroll down to
the bottom. There are two new sections titled "HUD TOGGLES" and "CHEATS". Any of these
settings can now be bound to keys and used at any time in the game.

While playing a game, press ~ to display the console window. Then, enter one of
the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function:

First of all, start a new game and enter your name at the User's Profile screen.

Now, Quit.

Open your Windows explorer, open the Psycho folder.

Find the folder called Profiles.

Open it and find your profile. (If this is your first profile then there will only be one
profile to choose from. It'll look like this: (your profile name).cfg.

 Open the file and find the 60th line down. It'll say: "Developer" "0", change the "0" to
a "1".

Now restart the game.

This time when you start select Setup from the Main Menu.

Now choose Keyboard.

At the bottom of this menu are two new Menu Subjects: HUD Toggles and Game Cheats.

You can bind keys to your cheats the same way you re-map your Keyboard.

*Note: If you start a new game with a new User Profile, you'll have to perform the
steps all over again to get the cheat menu.
