Stronghold Crusader Cheats (PC)

when your castle completed with keephouse send 2 or 3 ballista outside the castle.Before
that built stairs inthe wall that connect the keephouse.Give command ballista outside your
castle, bring it in to your castle from keep house.when the ballista inside the
gatehouse(keephouse)imidiatelly close the keephouse so that ballista will find way to in
your castle, so they can moving up to your wall to down with stairs that you have
built.Before they down the stairs command them to stop.So you have news special weapon on
the wall.

if there is only enough room for 1 apple farm then heres away you can get loads of apples
(this cheat works for all other industries and farm jobs) click the apple orchard then
press pause click the "put to sleep button" and then re-click it... it should say "a
pesant is on his way" then you get 2 men working the apple orchard  you can keep doing
this for as many times as you want

Ok. This cheat is good if you dont have many resources. Build a workplace (eg. Apple
Orchard) then when the workers there, select the building and pause the game (p). Then
press the sleep button twice and un-pause the game. You oridginal worker should still be
there, but it sould also say there is no-one working there, so another worker will come!
Now you have a building with 2 worker in it! I got as many as 8 workers in a bakery when i
didnt have the wood to build more.

Cheat: Make your Own Taunts
First, go into C:\Program Files\Firefly Studios\Stronghold Crusader\fx\Speech or wherever
you installed Crusader. You will find a bunch of sound files. You need a microphone to do
this. To make this easier, put the list of files in alphabetical order. Now, scroll down
to the file Insult1. Insult1=F1 and you get the idea. (You can double click to listen to
the file). Now right click on Insult1 to bring up a menu. Look down the list and find,
"record". Click on that and it should bring up the sound recorder. Press record, record
what you want to say and click stop. Instead of going to file save, press the close box
and it should come up with a message stating the directory of the file changed and it will
ask you if you want to save the changes. Click yes. Now, you can go into the game, press
F1 and you should hear your recording. You can also do this with any other file in the
speech folder. Note: Be aware that you can't change the file back to its original voice
unless you reinstall the game. This is based on Windows XP and it might not be the same on
Windows 98. etc.

Hold Enemies Captive Inside Their Own Castles

Take a small building such as an Oxen Tether. Place 1 or 2 of them right outside the
gatehouse(s) of your enemy's castle, but make sure their keep is enclosed first.
Immediately put the Oxen Tethers to sleep. The ground troops will walk to the gatehouse to
destroy them but they can't get through, so they just walk back to their spot. Your
enemy's buildings outside of the castle will spontaneously crumble because the workers
can't get back inside the castle. Also, the gatehouse(s) you blocked might spontaneously
crumble after a while. Soon there will be no food and the peasants will leave the castle.
The small army will be trapped inside their own walls awaiting your arrival. When your
army is built up, you can just waltz over and wipe the whole castle off the map. (Note:
Make sure there are no enemies outside of the castle, or else they will probably come and
destroy your oxen tethers.                            

and soon u r enemy will destroy his own castle he cant make any more army as food cant go
in side his castle and people will be leaving the palace

If there is a map where you cant get hardly any food, look about and there should be a
large area of iron/pitch/stone. Get the resource lots and lots and lots  then sell it!
(Also, if its iron, make it into swords 1st, you sell it for more at no extra cost!)

The easiest way to beat the enemy is to build quicker then them...also if you have
resources then your good...if not, you have to find another away...collect stones and
iron...that is the best gold makers in the game...also crossbow men are better killers
then archers...they can pierce armor better too...i usually have like 50 to 75 crossbow
men on my castle walls and look out towers...that way when the enemy is marching in they
don't usually reach the walls...also to make more goods or weapons it is better to use the
crueltly items...that way when your peasants make weapons they make 2-3 at one time
instead of just one...it is the same for the iron and stones...try this and rate it...Lata

at the starting game go to game option and Set-up Identity and Chose the Arb Lord and back
to Game.

you see the lord is very strongest and Fastest !!

wait till the enemy finish their castle then put the "ox tether or woodcutter" to block
their door. 

when you playing game, in games you have alias (friends), so send your king (lord) to your
Friends castle. and keep all of force in enemy castle. then enemy cant attack on your
castle to killed your king.

NOTE: put ur market and other thing in friends castle too.

After trapping the enemy in their castle send horse archers in waves of 20 or more to kill
of the enemy archers so that when you go in to kill the king you dont need to worry about
getting shot at

put up a large wall then a small wall behind it that makes a good defense or mak alot of
small walls in a square and soround it with large walls

in the start of the game, build a mercenray post and then build 10-15 archers and 10
ninjas then send the archers against the enemy and kill his achers and soldiers then send
u ninjas in.

it only work against ,rat,snake,sultan abdul,saladin,caliph and lionheart.

sometimes it is hard to kill saladin.

Firat of all,build all basic needs(Market,Mercanary post,granary,woodcutters
huts,etc)Then, send waves of horse archers,your enemy should be weakened down.Next,produce
swords and armor,make swordsmen.Send your swordsmen to destro your enemys gatehouse ,if
your enemy deafeats some of your swordsmen produce some more.Send the remeinder of your
troops to attack your enemy. he will be vanquished.If you don't succeed repeat this tip
over and over again.

If you have one or more allies, and you have placed ox tethers in front of the enemy gate
so that there is a small army in the enemys castle.

order your allie(s) to attack (you do this at the menu if you want to send or recieve
goods)

Youre allie will always agree.

then bring up youre army a little later so that the enemy doesnt hit you but youre allie.

I'd suggest you'd bring lots of horse archers and assasins. This way you can kill the
enemy much easier with good help from youre allies.



NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE ALLIES!!
