start with the dodge neon it rocks!, Use oter cheats on it example: (unlock all
porformance upgrades) and all  that  stuff  here is the setup that works best,

i tried to use all these cheats but non of them do anything,I type the codes and nothing
happens....wtf????

race on inner city but stop after youve done the building site shortcut a press l1 l1 l2
r3 and rev the engine 3 times to get a bugetti veyron
