The Simpsons: Hit & Run Cheats (PlayStation 2)

At the options screen, hold L + R and press Triangle(2), Square(2). If you entered the
code correctly, you will hear the sound of a horn.

At the options screen on the living room, hold R1+L1, and then press TRIANGLE, X,
TRIANGLE, X.

You can find an ATV or Quad to ride at the trailer park in Homer's and Marge's levels. It
is between two trailers at the far end. Also in Marge's level, go to the trailer park
short cut then go near the end of it. You will see a card floating on the top of the
trailer. Go on the left side of it and you will see a blue ATV.

At the options screen, hold L + R and press Triangle, X, Triangle, X. If you entered the
code correctly, you will hear the sound of a horn.

Get in
  other people's cars

  If you want to do this first you have to get out of the car you're
  already in, then go up to a car that's driving in the street or get on
  top of it and wait till you see the y button icon at the top of the
  screen and press the y button there, now you're driving in someone
  else's car!

  
  
Rocket car

  In the first level of this game you can find a rocket car. Find the
  power plant and take the tunnel all the way through. When you arrive
  out you will see large mansions. Go straight out, turn right, then
  left and immediately to your left will be a gold house. walk up to the
  front gate and you will see a rocket car from that old episode... you
  know that one. Get inside with y. Keep in mind that this car is
  extremely fast and not so durable so be careful!

How to get cars!

  There are several ways to get cars first of all you will be required
  for each level to buy 1 that is the easiest.  You can buy them
  from Gill who will be marked with a $ sign on map.  One person somewhere
  on the map will have an ! over there head do a mission for them and u
  will get a car.  Also buy doing the 3 races presented in the
  levels you will get a car from Patty and Selma.

  
  
Ride A Quad

  In the 4th level go to the trailer park. On the side of one of the
  trailers is a quad. Press the Y button to ride it.
  
  

  
  
Lots of money in the
  beginning

  Take a car that is not your own and keep smashing it into a object
  that can't be moved. The car should blow up pretty easily emitting a
  large amount of coins!

  
  
Skip a Mission

  To skip a mission,  you have to fail a mission 5 times and then
  in the menu you will have the option to "skip" sometimes you
  will have to fail a mission 6 times. It's common sense if you have
  played Road Rage, in the Missions fail it 5 times and you skip it, same
  as here! NOTE: THIS DOES NOT WORK ON THE LAST MISSIONS FOR ANY LEVEL

  
  
How to get bart and the
  second level

  

  How to get Bart and the second level (Downtown) Do all of Homer's missions
  and it will take you to Downtown with Bart as the character

  
  
Monster
  Truck

  When you are playing as Bart (level 2) you must go to see Frink by the
  stadium. Near there (cant remember exactly where) is a monster truck
  sitting on top of a ledge of some kind. Jump up on the ledge and press
  Y to drive the Monster Truck!
  
  

  

  Surfin' Homer

  Go to the Halloween level aka level 7.  Now walk out in to the
  middle of the street.  And wait till a car stops in front of you. 
  And when it says press (y) to enter. Don't do it.  Instead, press
  (a) and jump on the back of the car that stopped by you.  It
  works best with the ghost boat because, there is a lot of room on it. 
  Once your on the car, don't press anything.  And after a few
  seconds, the car you are on will begin to move and homer will act like
  hes surfing.  (The car will take you all over the level)

  Drive all around and find the flying bee cameras. When you find one go
  to it jump and hit and a large amount of cash well come up.

  Game

  To Get The Bonus Game You Need To Get All Of The Collector Cards In At
  Least 1 Level. NOTE: This will let you play 1-3 player games and

  your clothes

  Go inside the school or the Kwik-e-mart and go up to the shirt (with
  the $ sign above it) and press the Y button then you can buy different
  cloths such as Homer in his under wear or in a dress.

  
  
Get a really
  fast car and get a broken car

  When your on the third level with Lisa go to the boat by the casino go
  off the ramp and around the boat toward the Springfield's Hollywood.
  On your right you'll see a krusty glass break and go on the ramp once
  you get on the boat drive to the right and you'll see a box connected
  to a crane go pass it and the take a left get out of the car and go up
  the stacked boxes. Once you get up those youl well have to jump onto a
  bigger box go around it and there will be an opening on the box inside
  is a really fast car. Getting a blown up car by the bowlarma with lisa
  go into an alley way put a car you should get from someone driving put
  it under the thing that stops you from going and then goes back up it
  will it a couple of times and then it will blow up go by and press y
  if it tells you to if it doesn't you did it wrong. The car goes really
  slow because it blew up.
  
  

Glitch house



First go to the 3rd level and go to the huge boat in the
harbor(c-spanker).Then go around and you should see a house, (Davey
Jones Hamper). On the left are 2 crates on top of each other. Jump on
the chain rail and then jump behind the crates. Walk in to the wall and
your in the glitch house.

Giant, live
chess board

To find the chess board, you must go UP the ramp to homers workstation
in the power plant but don't go out. In the room you are in just before
the parking lot, stop. While looking towards the parking lot, look to
the left. you will see a thing with wooden boards above it. jump on the
mechanism, and then jump up and kick the boards. go down the corridor,
and you will see the giant chess board. you can go up the stairs and you
will find two buzz cola coin boxes. also if you kick the chess pieces,
you get a coin.


Secret Cars

1st LEVEL - Rocket Car outside (close to) Mr.Burn's Mansion.

2nd LEVEL - Monorail - The First Car of the Broken Monorail System.

3rd LEVEL - Boat - on the big cruise liner inside the green box.

4th LEVEL - 4 WHEELER - On the left of one of the trailers in the
trailer park.

5th LEVEL - At  the stadium jump from the fountain up to

the Monster Truck.

6th LEVEL - DONT KNOW I HAVE YET TO FIND IT.

7th LEVEL - NEXT TO THE BIG ACCIDENT ATOP THE KRUSTY BURGER IS A RC CAR


Get Boat Car
and Monorail Car

Ok to get the boat car, you have to play the squidport level with Lisa.
During one mission u find Bart on a boat. After u talk to him jump up
onto the ledge and explore the deck of the boat. Along with finding a
collector card, u should also find a boat car across from the collector
card.

Now to find the Monorail car, u have to play the downtown level with
Marge. During one of the missions, you'll come to a broken monorail
track on a small street. go up the stairs to the monorail and jump onto
it and jump in the first car. Then u can drive the Monorail car!! There
will also be a collector card there too.

  


  
 

When you are about to start a new game, go to options menu and enable the "Fast cars" and
"Red brick car" codes. In Homer's first level, get the rocket car and it will be the
little red brick car. Get in it then hold L1 until you are at a complete stop. Keep L1
held and you will start to skid flames for a moment.

At the options screen, hold L + R and press Triangle, Circle, Triangle, Circle. If you
entered the code correctly, you will hear the sound of a horn.

Change your system's internal clock (or play on a holiday) to the dates for Thanksgiving,
Halloween and Christmas to experience a different game look.

On the main menu (the Simpson's living room), go to the options screen and hold L1 + R1.
Enter TRIANGLE, CIRCLE, TRIANGLE, CIRCLE for the cheat.

Set the system date to the last hursday in November to see various things in the game
change to a Thanksgiving theme.

At the options screen, hold L + R and press Square(3), Triangle. If you entered the code
correctly, you will hear the sound of a horn. Sound the horn to jump extra high.

When playing as Lisa, drive any car to the pier and look for the huge oil tanker with a
Globex sign on one side with a jump in front of it. Jump through the Globex sign and
drive to the top. Do not drive off. Park your car next to the little gap/walkway on the
left. Hop out and run up to the first set of crates. Hop up to the very top and shimmy
around the ledge. Inside the top crate is the Nightboat.

On the final level as Homer, drive to where the firetruck is a long ramp. As you jump off
it, look off to the side. You will see a little car with an antenna. Slowly drive up past
where the truck attaches to the ladder/ramp then drive fast towards the building with
mildew under the roof. You could also climb up the other firetruck that is in the
wreckage next to the building. Jump on the ladder, then go up to the top of the
firetruck. Next, go over the side of the roof with the horizontal wood, then to the top
of the roof with the RC car.

Collect all the cards in every level of the game to unlock an episode of Itchy & Scratchy
made exclusivly for the game.

Set the system date to December 25th to see various things in the game change to a
Christmas theme.

Collect all cards in the game then go to Lisa's level. Go to the Android's Dungeon. Talk
to the Comic Book Guy and buy a ticket for the cartoon. Then, go to the Aztec Theater to
watch the cartoon.

At the option menu (at the living room) press X, X, X, X. A horn will sound if you did it
right.

At the options screen, hold L + R and press Triangle(2), Circle, Square. If you entered
the code correctly, you will hear the sound of a horn.

At the options screen, hold L + R and press Square(4). If you entered the code correctly,
you will hear the sound of a horn.

In Marge's level go to the power plant. On your way there you see a sign saying 14 days
without a tornado. Go in. Go behind the trailers without fences blocking them. Search for
a blue mini-car. It's fast and really good in jumps and turns

Collect all the cards in one level to unlock the multi-player racing mini-game.

Jump out of your car as it blows up. Return to the wreck and press Triangle. You will be
able to drive around in the wreck, with no weeks.

Get Boat Car
and Monorail Car

Ok to get the boat car, you have to play the squidport level with Lisa.
During one mission u find Bart on a boat. After u talk to him jump up
onto the ledge and explore the deck of the boat. Along with finding a
collector card, u should also find a boat car across from the collector
card.

Now to find the Monorail car, u have to play the downtown level with
Marge. During one of the missions, you'll come to a broken monorail
track on a small street. go up the stairs to the monorail and jump onto
it and jump in the first car. Then u can drive the Monorail car!! There
will also be a collector card there too.

  


  
 

In Apu's level, go to the stadium and there will be a fountain. Jump on to the fountain's
second layer and there will be a ledge--jump on to the ledge and you'll find a monster
truck. If your monster truck explodes you can go back to the stadium and find it there
again.

At the options screen, hold L + R and press Circle(2), Triangle, Square. If you entered
the code correctly, you will hear the sound of a horn. The secret vehicles normally found
in each level will now be a small red brick car.

When you start most timed missions in the game, you will be told to get into your car,
then the clock will start. Instead, don't get in your car, but run to the area you need
to go, then find a phonebooth or borrow a car. When you get in it, you are pretty much
finished, and you are already at the goal with seconds(or minutes) to spare!

At the main menu (the livingroom), go to the options screen. Hold down L1+R1, then press
TRIANGLE, TRIANGLE, CIRCLE, SQUARE to activate the cheat. A horn will confirm entry.

Set the system date to October 31st to see various things in the game change to a
Halloween theme.

When on Apu's level, you can get a monster truck, Go to Springfield Stadium. Directly next
to the fountain is a green monster truck.

At the main menu (the livingroom), go to the options screen. Hold down L1+R1, then press
X, CIRCLE, X, CIRCLE to activate the cheat. A horn will confirm entry. Note: The game
must be 100% complete before this will work. You can select the cars from the phone
booth.

Whenever possible, drive through crates and phone booths rather than kicking them, as you
won't have to waste time running around and picking up your loot.
