This requires you knowing how to do the duplicate cheat. First get a Strong Potion of

well you will find a dead guy and the ring of burden dont get it lol use speel that
tarmeena gave you and the guard will follow swim around and try to kill you try to dodge
any means possible and now wait for him to die once he dies you can get the keys and all
that armor weapon once you do that your BOUNTY will not go up the guard will stay there
forever all you got to do get more guards and you get alot more of there stuff. and it
will look funny if you get them together LOL LOL LOL

look wen u enter that creepy cave and u have to talk to that first dude DONT DO IT!!! go
to the left <_< there u will see lik a rock platform thingy with a blue-ish whitish glow.
walk there and then drop all ur important things there. swords,axes, welkyne stones,
armor, potions ECT!!! or maybe all your stuff works either way. JUST MAKE SURE IT STAYS

if you have good speed then go to where you find umbra(as said above by oblivion
owner)then attack her with a bow or anything range then wait till she comes up and make
her follow you into the imperial city then just let the guards kill her while making sure
she doesnt kill you first
