His hint isn't entirely true. You can kill any ghost, or wraith of any type with enchanted
weapons, magic, silver, ebony, or daedric weapon. So far this is all that I find that
works.

first find the shrine of noctal on a roa near the right of leyewiin and listen to the
shrine talk go strate to leyewiin and cross the river and keep traveling south find the
cave tide water and keep taking lefts go under water and you will see a glowing grab it
and head out fast travel to the shrine of noctal and talk to the shrine and you will get a
skeleton key.

If u go in almost any of the guild halls particularily the fighters guilds you will see
weapons that look freakin awesome yea they look awesome but their just dead weight they
have an attck of two so dont go through the trouble of stealing them.

the easy way to level up athletics it to go to the large bridge that goes from the
imperial city and weye.  swim into a corner of the bridge, tape down controler an swim
away. you might want an enchanted item that lets you breathe under water.  don't need to
worry about slaughter fish. it will take a long while to reach master.

go to the imperial city and stab a guard then let him talk to you and press resist arrest
and then run back and keep yeilding to him until he puts his sword away and then run away
before he has the chance to talk to you and keep running then fast travel to a different
city and the guards won't come after you

To cure this, you need to get an older version of the game (one without shivering isles.) 
note: you will loose all of your shivering isles stuff and... if you began the main
shivering isles missions, you will never be able to restart them.  Play the game in older
version first.  Get infected and get cured then save and restart the game with the newer
version.  You can never be infected as a vampire again.  There are rings and equipment
that can give you the cool things that being a vampire gave you.  being a vampire sux. 
you have to duck for cover way too often and feed just to get the people to talk to you.

duplicate alot of health potions, fight your way to her and on your way to her there is a
room were poison comes out of the ground,attack her and run back to that room, when you
get to that room run over the poison gas and run in circles around the gas and she will
stay over the gas, it takes awhile so have alot of potions, or you could fight her untill
her enchanted sword runs out of charge then go to the gas chamber

go to rindirs staffs there is a staff called apothies staff buy it for about 5-6k it
should kill her in 1 or 2 hits

Make a new character and make him  born under the lover star pattern then go to the Talos
District and find dorian's house go inside and talk to him persuade him by Bribing him and
then use Lovers kiss on him it will paralyze him then pickpocket him now take his gold and
for some reason it stays there just keep taking gold until u have all u want then make him
yeild and bribe him some more then when u leave your bounty is 40 no matter how much u
took.

With the GOTY edition the game will glitch if you do not give the witch the ingredients
for the vampire cure in the order in which the dialogue selection is, which results in
blood grass being blacked out even if you have it in your inventory. 

To overcome this, i was told to  changemy PS3 language to German, load my save file and
blood grass was able to be given to the witch. Save it then change it back to english and
it will work! 

Such a relief!

join the darkbrother hood and complete all the missions till u have to kill the guard
phillda. you get an arrow that will kill some1 with 1 hit n when you go to get ihs finger
grab the arrow. n in one of the missions u will get a horse that fights 4 u.

Ok first you must be level 50 illusion - if your not just keep casting charm spells until
you are - then buy the paralise for 3 seconds spell from the lady in red at the Bravil
mages guild -(note - she may be in the basement sometimes. Then travel to the imperial
city talos plaza district and find dorians house. Go inside and cast the paralising spell
on dorian then pickpocket him. Take his money (it was only 10 gold for me). Note that when
you keep clicking it it never goes. Keep clicking it until you have around 1k. Exit the
pickpocket menu and then click the yeild button (L1 or L2 can't remember) and talk to him.
Bribe him loads of money - up to the maximum - and then exit it. Cast the spell again and
pickpocket him. Click the money again and again. Keep repeating this trick and soon you
will have loads of money!

to go through the mystic dawn mission put all of ur stuff somewhere you will remeber n
then do the mission n when you take the book kill the girl with the staff first its 1 hit
kill.

the best way to increase sneak go to a castle n go into the livin qutaurs n sneak

Go to the Imperial City Arena and join. Next you get your armor, when you do that put the
difficulty as far to the left of the bar as possible to make your opponents really weak.
Next sign up for a fight and let the person keep hitting you. Let it go for a couple of
minutes and check your healt every once in a while to see how close you are to dieing.
After about 10 minutes of them hitting you you should be at, at least a expert in Block or
Your armor of choice. And if you use a shield its also good help for your Armorer skill.
