Dante : Finish the game by always making morally-bad choices. 

Jonah : Finish the game once on any mode. 

Smiley : Finish the game once on any mode. 

If you play the mission where you are with the Russian that offers you money to leave him
alone with the girl. Accept his $65,000 offer and then exit to the 'Main' menu, when you
now resume the game he will offer the money again. You can keep repeating this process to
get as much money as you want.
