Successfully complete the indicated stage of the Prologue to unlock the corresponding
option under the Hardware Design screen. Note: To unlock the "OKE Tuning" option,
win all twenty Premium Battles.

Successfully complete Stage 3 of the Prologue to unlock the "Simulation" option under the
OKE Design menu.
