Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes 2 - The Phantom Fortress Cheats (PSP)

The following characters will heal themselves if you press and hold the UP button but
sufficient chakra is required:

Tsunade (10 Health)
Sakura (10 Health)
Kabuto (10 Health)
Hinata (5 Health)
Shizune (10 Health)
Shikamaru (continuously heals)
Kakashi (continuously heals)
Choji (unknown heal amount)

Applies to:

Jiraiya, Shizune, Ino, Shikamaru, Tsunade, Neji and all those with vertical or stationary
Justu Moves.

Steps:

Rush attack the enemy (X, X) then do air combo (Circle + Up) but do not do the last hit. 
Press Circle button 3x only.  This will leave the enemy hanging in the air leaving him/her
defenseless. Then throw a kunai/tool.  Most effective if you have the 1,000 Shadows
Shuriken.

You will surely land first so when the opponent falls within your jutsu range (it takes a
while to know each character's range).  With perfect or near-perfect timing, execute the
jutsu. 

Example: 

On Jiraiya: With perfect timing and location, you will be able to "catch" the enemy with
Jiraiya's  Spine (Needle Jizo) Technique. (Down Down Circle)

On Shizune and Ino: You'll be able to hit them with poison. (Down Down Circle)

On Shikamaru: You'll have time to set up your trap (Down Down Circle)

On Neji: With perfect timing, the enemy will be hit with your "Chakra Shield" (Down Down
Circle)

On Hinata: You'll have time to Buff and Heal yourself (Down Down Circle)

On Tenten: You can summon tools, if you like (Up Up Circle)


Notes:

When the opponent uses Substitution Jutsu during rush attack or during the air combo, you
just have to try again.

You may also use the Ultimate Jutsu (Triangle, Circle) for characters with stationary
moves but this requires perfect timing.

The throwing of kunai while the enemy is air-borne is important because this prolong
his/her air time.

This technique has many applications. I guess, you'll have to discover it yourself.

This will take a some practice.

Steps:

Rush attack the enemy (X, X).

If you succeed (the enemy did not block or use substitution jutsu), use the air combo
button (Circle + Up) but do not complete the last hit because if you do, the character
will do the finishing move of the air combo. If that happens, you cannot do this infinite
air combo technique.  If I remember correctly, just press circle three times.  

While in the air, throw the kunai/shuriken/tool at your enemy.  

Since you will surely land on the ground first, rush attack again (X, X + Up) then do the
air combo again except the last hit. Then throw kunai/tool again.  

Just repeat the same procedure until you win.

If the opponent used Substitution Jutsu (R button) while you are doing this combo, you
combo ends.  You have to start the combo again.

When in Hard Mode, this still works but in Insane Mode, it will not always work since your
opponent uses way too much Substitution Jutsu.


Notes:

Character with the "Jump" status will have difficulty using this one because they just
jump too far.

If you use Jiraiya, Tsunade, Shizune(?) or Naruto, you may also have some difficulty.

If you may have noticed, while the opponent is down, you may only attack him twice.  The
game does not allow you to attack him/her anymore (it's unfair, duh).  

This is also the same if you do not throw the kunai/tool first before attacking again. 
The game only allows for two succeeding air combos and you will not be able to hit the
enemy on your third attempt. The throwing of the kunai/tool seems to reset the number of
combos your character did so it allows you to hit the enemy forever.
