not much or a cheat or hint but this is a trick

when in miami and you are in daytime use the cheat "invincebility" and get some cops when
you do then go up north until u cant enymore but make sure u keep going north from where
you started then if you want to see the cops flip over then look for the little bridges
(the arch ones that lead west now all you got to do is pelt it to max speed and just the
bridge and the police will also jump it but they have a good chance of flipping!! ps also
make sure that you done flip

Use the Long suspension cheat in SA in survival mode and occasionally you will be thrown
up into the air and sometimes you land inside the building where the cops cant get you.

How to use your Turn Signal

To use your turn signal, while in play of the game, completely stop at a red light. While
stopped hold the brake to make sure you don't go anywhere and hold down the left or right
arrow on the section of the controller where you turn the car. And that is how to use your
turn signal.

Wall Drive

If you all ready have the Morris Minor(select previous on the car screen) drive the Minor
into the wall slowly. When you get to the wall burn out
  and the Minor will start to run up the wall.

find a wall that straight for a while and then has a corner on it drive along the wall
with the cops after you if done right you will hit the wall and then the cop will hit u
pushing u through the wall

Smart braking

One bothersome feature about the game are the brakes. Once you hit the brakes and come to
a complete stop, you go in reverse and do not stop fast enough. This is bad if there is
cop chasing  you, or if you need to make a quick stop in an intersection. To brake
effectively, without going into reverse, hold SQUARE + TRIANGLE. Your car will come to a
completer stop, and the reverse light will only come on briefly.

when your in miami keep going straight until you get to the high way.
on the high way go straight until you get to the town and go straight for 3 blocks and
take a right.in front of you will be the ramp.

Mini crashing plane and blimp

Take a drive in miami in the day time. Go straight and scrape on the side of a car on the
highway when you are going. When you get to the end of the road make a sharp left. Then go
to the second traffic light and make a sharp left again. Then make another left threw the
street at the left. Turn left at the white/silver pole and stop at the light behind the
pole. Look at the right side in the sky. You will see a plane and it will fall down.
