when you get IA license go and tune up the RUF (in north city) go to special events then
press X on the arrow on the right corner to the last page then go to tune up turbine race
then go to Test Course when you come first go to your garge and a hks dragster 1011hp car

Ok to my easy 12K first get the B, A, and I-C licenses (a pretty good start) and but a
decent car and tune it slightly by winning the sunday cup races. now go to line-up #3 in
special events. race the station wagon cup (no station wagon required :D) and race the
super speedway course, if you win you get 6K and a car worth 6,250 credits. an easy 12K.

lowest then race in the test course where the hks dragster is found apply proper cornering

Get two million dollars and go to Suzuki and in the Special area get the Escudo Pikes Peak
Edition. Ive tested this car and it can spank the HKS Dragster in acceleration, top speed
and handling.

buy a gt1 road version for 1 million big ones tune it to 975 BHP and set it up to  max on
the settings and you should get 255 mph ps it also works on the 97 R390 GT1 road version
which you in the last gt all stars an escudo pikes peak is reccomended

never use the dragster on any other track but the ones i told you because the dragsters
steering sucks and just a tip the best car to use on the test track besides the dragster
is the 709 horspower racing skyline hope u like my tips ps I have won like 20 racing games

in less than a day so i know what im talking about.

If You Want To Unlock Every Car In The Game Beat All The Races On Every Track And Then Go
To Class Selection And After You Beat All The Races Every Class Selection Should Have
Every Car In That Class Like Class A,B,C,D,E,F

to go at least 260 mph, your car must have this criteria:
-sport breaks
-super soft tires
-full racing transmission
-performance chip 
-port & polish
-engine balancing
-turbo kit 4
-weight reduction 3
Then you must do the following:
-enter a race and go the settings
-go to the gear setting
-set 1st gear-final gear to lowest setting
-set auto setup to wide 25
-then go to the 'others' setting
-set LSD initial: 6
-set LSD accel: 36
-set LSD decel: 26
The car must have exactly 833mph and weigh 2028lb

play the game and earn enough money to buy a subaru impreza 97' model.
