to get under fences you cant open get a big veichle park it vetically or horizontally and
slide under it (walk up to it and press L1)you will be in the fence

This should give you Max health, Max armor, and a bunch of money

normaly and viola! everything you need.

To enter this code you must go to your game choice,(new game, saved game).  When you come
up to the screen with the name of your driver go to change name.  Delete the name of your
character and put in the word satan lives.  This will give you infinity lives.

Get a cop car then drive it into a bus and you will see people eating cheese at your
safehouse, if you're lucky, u will get unlimited health until you get another cop car.
ps, This only works on X-box.
