King of Fighters '95 Cheats (PlayStation)

Hold Circle + Square + X + Triangle and press Select. The game will return to the main
menu (except while loading).

Hold Start and press Up + Circle, Down + Triangle, Left + X, Right + Square, Up + Circle
at the character selection screen. (A tone confirms correct entry.) A character may now be
chosen several times for the same team.

Hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 at the Configuration menu. (A tone confirms correct entry.)

At the character selection screen, select "Yes" for the "Team Edit" option. Then hold
Start and press Up + Circle, Right + Square, Left + X, Down + Triangle. Omega Rugal and
Saishu Kunsanagi will appear.
