Easy way to beat Cybil Cheat Rating :

In the hospital get the plastic bottle from the kitchen. Then go to the room with the red
liquid. Use the bottle to scoop up some of the liquid. Then when you have to fight Cybil
use it on her when she gets close to you.

Finding the Silver Medallion Cheat Rating :

Get to the school. When you get to the room with the piano, first press the 3rd key
(White), then press the 10th key (White). Then press the 11th key (Black), then press the
8th key (White). Now press the 2nd key (Black). They should all have been dead keys. The
Silver Medallion should now have been released. 
  Important note: you should already have the Gold Medallion inserted into the clock tower
for the Medallion to be accessible.

Get Gold Sun Plate Cheat Rating :

In the Primary School  go to the information desk inside of the school and there are
papers on the desk written in Blood. Read them then go to the Chemstry store room and get
some bleech on a shelf and go into the Chemistry lab and use the bleech on the hand to get
the Gold Sun.

Extra Health Drinks in Hospital Cheat Rating :

For three Heath drinks, search the wrecked Drink-machine in the first floor for health
drinks.

Hidden Menu Screen Cheat Rating :

After beating and saving the game the next time you enter the "Options" menu, press L1, or
L2. This should reveal a new list of options, including extra ammo. Instead of picking up
1 box the values can be changed as much as 3x's the value, ( 1 box= 45 rounds rather than
15 rounds). Happy hunting!

Get the key in school's roof top

place the rubber ball in the hole on the roof top. Then adjust the valve.

Go to the north side of the courtyard and find some drainage and you can get te key

Altar in 3rd floor nowhere

switch off first the flashlight in the altar room. Then use the camera in the picture
beside the altar then copy the pattern in the picture to unlock the doors.

hint:easy final boss battle

Before you go down the stairs to fight the final Boss, use up all of your ammuntion for
every gun by shooting them into the wall. The game recognizes that you have no ammuntion
to use to defeat the final boss, and will automatically skip the boss battle.

Finding the silver medallion- The Piano Room

second white key, then second to last white key, then last black key, then third to last
white key, then first black key. these are all dead keys and as soon as this has been done
the silver medallion will fall from the ceiling.

Make cybil live

In the hospital and you get the plastic bottle in the kitchen. then go to the room with
the red liqwid on the floor.then later in the game were you face cybil in the fairground
when she gets close to you pour it on her.It then shows her recoervering back to normal.
then harry says its okay ill take care of you. cybil answers " why does she want your
daughter harry?" then harry explaines why he thinks cheryl has a connection with silent
hill. (at the end of the game is a diferent ending, cybil runs with harry out of town with
baby cheryl after fighting the "thing" that alessa turns into)
