use max to go through the holes in the walls stand outside a door and
use max to go through the tunnels and go into the color door you are
standing outside of. shuffle the mail and then leave after you shuffle
all 4 mail bokes the door to room 5 will open and you can go in.

Use the Grinch's bad breath to unlock the lasers on the statue in the
City Hall

Destroy 1,500 gifts, then go to the upper level of Mount Crumpit to access the Pankamania
mini-game.

Shoot the big clock on city hall and the door will open and you can go
