Star Fox Cheats (Super Nintendo)

On Course One (Level 1), get to the second area, the Asteroid Belt.

Here, proceed from the start, attacking enemies at will. After a short time, you will see
an asteroid "bar," which looks like this:  ooxoo  The "o"s are grey asteroids, and the "x"
is the red/gold asteroid. Fire at the red one to destroy it and dispatch the remaining
grey asteroids. Now, follow these instructions carefully: FLY THROUGH THE *EXACT* AREA
WHERE YOU BLEW UP THE RED/GOLD ASTEROID. This is best done by firing at the asteroid when
it is close, due to the fact there is no reference point to which you should pass.

Now, with that out of the way, you will see two more "asteroid bars," in which you have to
repeat the process (destroy the red/gold one and fly through where it was). If done
correctly, you should find a grey asteroid with a creepy smile (trust me, it's easy to
spot). Fire at will, because if you don't repeatedly hit it, the cheat won't work!!

After the montage of fires at the "happy" asteroid, it should turn into a portal without
warning, sound or anything. It just changes.

Enter it, and from General Pepper, you'll find out that Fox's dad died here! So, exit the
text, and...


...you enter a black hole! Of course, this game was before the scientific theory that a
black hole condenses you to nothing, so explore this graveyard of Andross-based projects,
blow up the miscellaneous items, and if you stay to the bottom, you can even find Mr.
McCloud's ship (and blow it to smithereens too)!
