get gold on all cups on 50cc 100cc 150cc and 200cc with all the characters and go to time
trial mode. get a record on every level of 2 minutes or under with every character yet
again. Now go back to grand prix mode and you will see 50cc 100cc and 150cc and where
200cc would have been, you will see a 150cc mirror mode. beat that with every character to
unlock wario.

okay now. beat 50 cc + 100 cc and 150 cc . now unlock a new racer (shadow mario) and beat
it all over again. it will now say 200 cc!

In the first level of the special cup, get a mushroom.  After you cross the second bridge,
you will see a wall with the finish line on the other side.  Use the mushroom straight
towards the wall and use the jump button, but make sure you are jumping towards a spot
just before the finish line.  You will jump right over the wall, cutting the lap in half. 
If you dont do it right, you will just fall in the water and lose time, but keep trying! 
This is great if you are far behind or just want to get finished quick.  It may take
several tries to accomplish this, but it works and its really worth the try if you can get
it right.

On the ice level in the Special Cup, go to the right of the finish line, facing the water.
 make sure you are driving on the checkered line, and use the jump button right before you
hit the water.  Once submerged, first go right and continue in a circle (as if going
around the track).  When the flying koopa picks you up out of the water, it automatically
takes you to the next lap.  It make take a few tries to get it right, but it works.
