The following bonus items become available when you complete the game with the specified
ranking. 

Unlock Chicago Typewriter: Beat the game with an 'A' ranking on the 'Normal' difficulty
setting. 

Unlock Bikini Outfit: Beat the game with an 'A' ranking.

This feature becomes available when you have beaten the game. In New Game+ ALL of your
inventory and level from the previous game is retained.

The following two mini games become available features when you complete the indicated
task.

Unlock Odd Jobs Mini Game: Beat the game and watch ALL the credits and this feature will
become available at the 'Main' menu. 

Unlock Second Amendments: Beat the first 4 Odd Jobs missions.

This hidden feature becomes unlocked near the end of case 5 when you get an 'S' rank on
ALL files. This case file is to take down the Sniper family.

This feature becomes available when you get an 'A', 'S' or 'B' ranking on ALL missions
until you recieve an 'S' rank on 'Out of Control'.

Complete the game to unlock the '2nd Ammendment' mini-game then perform the indicated
tasks to get the corresponding suit part. To complete the suit go to the toy store of the
movie theater when it opens to get the Megaman Helmet.

Unlock Megaman Boots: Beat ALL of the '2nd Ammendment' mini-games. 

Unlock Megaman Tights: Beat ALL of the '2nd Ammendment' mini-games with an 'A' rank. 

Unlock Real Mega Buster: Beat ALL of the '2nd Ammendment' mini-games with an 'S' rank.
