Complete the quest 'Jungle Menace' to unlock Trial mode and then complete the following
tasks to unlock the corresponding trails.

Unlock Kut Ku's Trials.

Complete 'Jungle Menace'. 

Unlock Cephadrome's Trials: Complete 'The Land Shark'. 

Unlock Gypceros' Trials: Complete 'Slay The Gypceros!'. 

Unlock Basarios' Trials: Complete 'Basarios: Unseen Paril'. 

Unlock Rathalos' Trials: Complete 'Attack Of The Rathalos!'. 

Unlock Gravios' Trials: Complete 'Terror of the Gravios!'. 

Unlock Khezu's Trials: Complete 'The Shadow In The Cave'. 

Unlock Monoblos' Trials: Complete 'Horn of the Monoblos'. 

Unlock Plesioth's Trials: Complete 'Water Wyvern in the Desert'. 

Unlock Rathian's Trials: Complete either 'Queen Of The Desert' or 'Slay The Rathian!'.

When you complete the indicated tasks the corressponding feature will become available.

Unlock Diablos: Buy a piece of Monoblos armour. 

Unlock Furufuru: Buy a piece of Rangosta armour. 

Unlock Gravimos: Buy a piece of Galeos armour.

Deliver a Firestone: Unlock and complete Gravimos, Diablos and Furufuru quests. 

Unlock Pink Rioleia and Blue Rioleus Pair: Complete the Firestone quest.

Lao Shan Long: Complete ALL Offline quests including the alternate coloured monsters which
are unlocked by defeating silver sized monsters (Rioleus, Monoblos, Rioleia).

The following alternate colour Wyverns become available when you complete the indicated
task.

Unlock Rioheart (Pink Rathian): Kill a Silver Crown Sized Rathian. 

Unlock RioSoul (Blue Rathalos): Kill a Silver Crown Sized Rathalos.

Unlock MonoDevil (White Monoblos): Kill a Silver Crown Sized Monoblos.
