Beat the first Dream World with Helen/Will for NiGHTS to be able to turn into a dolphin.
Activate dolphin mode by pressing the left key on the WiiMote of jumping into a
lake/river.
Hope this hepled, people who found this not obvious!

Halloween theme Cheat Rating :

Set the system date to October 31st, and go to My Dream. The Nightopians in the My Dream
garden will have black witch hats.
