When you complete the following tasks the corresponding character will become an available
option in Vs mode.

Unlock Kid: Beat him in Normal mode (island 1). 

Unlock Vivi (optional boss): Beat him in Normal mode (island 1).

Unlock Crocodile: Beat him in Normal mode (island 1). 

Unlock Mihawk: Beat him in Normal mode (island 2). 

Unlock Pauly (optional boss): Beat him in Normal mode (island 2).

Unlock Human Lucci (optional boss): Beat him in Normal mode (island 2). 

Unlock Shanks: Beat him in Normal mode (island 2). 

Unlock Smoker: Beat him in Normal mode (island 2).

Unlock Kaku: Beat him in Normal mode (island 3). 

Unlock Leopard Lucci: Beat him in Normal mode (island 3).

Unlock Edward Newgate (optional boss): Beat him in Normal mode (island 3). 

Unlock Doflamingo: Beat him in Normal mode (island 4). 

Unlock Garp (optional boss): Beat him in Unlimited mode (island 4) 

Unlock Kizaru: Beat him in Normal mode (island 4). 

Unlock Final Boss: Beat him in Normal mode (island 5).

Unlock Final Boss (second form): Beat him in Hard mode (island 5). 

Unlock One Piece Unlimited Cruise: Episode 1 Bosses: Have a One Piece Unlimited Cruise:
Episode 1 save with ALL the bosses unlocked or complete One Piece Unlimited Cruise 2 Boss
Rush in Unlimited difficulty setting.

This feature becomes available in Unlimited mode when you have collected the map pieces
from the One Piece Unlimited Cruise: Episode 1 bosses that appear at some points in the
game in this difficulty. The bosses will only drop the map pieces when you defeat them
with the fury boost.

This feature will become an available option when you complete the game in Normal mode.
