Finish the Canonized mission for the 3rd Street Saints to un-lock the Wheel Woman as a
homie.

Take any car and slowly push it through the barricade, as your body does not allow you to.
When the car door is half way inside the barricade and halfway outside the barricade, get
in the car. Note: You may get stuck permanently. However, if done correctly you should be
able to continue driving through the barricade until you are far enough to get to the
other side and exit the car.
